1. 일반재산에 대한 절도
* 상습절도를 구성하는 수 개의 절도범죄가 각각 다른 유형에 해당하는 경우 형량범위가 가장 중한 절도범죄의 유형에 해당하는 것으로 본다.
* 다만, 위 절도범죄의 특별양형인자를 평가한 후의 형량범위가 상습절도를 구성하는 다른 절도범죄의 특별양형인자 평가 후의 형량범위보다
낮은 경우에는 그 다른 절도범죄의 형량범위를 양형기준상 형량범위로 본다.
2. 특별재산에 대한 절도
